A combination of New Jersey & Pennsylvania Blackberries with the addition of Creme De Cassis. We utilize vegan pectin made from ground citrus peel, and organic cane sugar to create a product with the lowest possible sugar content that lets the fruit speak for itself. This kiddie friendly jam, the alcohol cooks off during the jam making process, has a deep, rich flavor profile of juicy blackberry. As a spread for your morning toast or a complement to your favorite protein you can’t go wrong with this jam. Our production manager’s favorite use is on Duck breast although it pairs equally well with boar or other game meats.
