Spotted Horse Provisions is passionate about creating sustainable food procurement and preservation pathways that are healthy, delicious, and open-ended. Though our focus is to use regional produce, we consider the carbon footprint of our imported products and try to minimize our impact. We also hope to serve as a model for neighborhoods or cities to bound together in community growing and sourcing. Spotted Horse flavors and ingredients are designed to bridge many cultures just as our founder’s heritage does. Her world travels and farm to table upbringing informs the way she approaches seasonally fresh and seasonally preserved ingredients, versatility of application, and quality for accessible prices.

Spotted Horse Provisions is a disabled woman owned business that makes sustainably-minded and artisanal pantry provisions inspired by the blended heritage and world culinary travels of a woman starting over. Spotted Horse is a message of hope for women starting over after trauma. We are committed to engaging in sustainable practices from sourcing, to production, to packaging, to reducing our overall carbon footprint, to offering a discount on future purchases for jar returns. Spotted Horse Provisions celebrates local and regional produce by partnering with farmers. All of the original recipes are a blend of Welsh and Iraqi Sephardi-inspired flavors, and are truly unique in their flavors. We produce sauces and harissa pickled vegetables along with fresh jams, botanical infused jellies, zero-waste pestos and spreads.
